disrespectful staff

Horrible stay!

My experience was dreadful. The room was filthy with dried blood and unclean sheets. Despite addressing the issue with staff, my concerns were dismissed. I felt deceived and left with no choice but to leave. I can't recommend this place at all.

It was just a commendable fit for one night in Ardmore with outstanding value for money. The mattress was surprisingly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. Make sure to check for any recent updates or renovations.

dirty hallways

close to highway, easy check-in, proximity to gas station

The elevator needs upkeep since it felt cramped, and the hallways looked like they hadn't seen a vacuum in ages!!! A thorough renovation of the bathrooms would make a significant difference!!!

good stay but room felt cramped

The room was clean and had all the essentials like a microwave and a comfy bed. I really appreciated the continental breakfast. the coffee and juice were fresh. The location is convenient, just minutes from the interstate and close to a McDonald's.

The staff were really nice, and our room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family with young kids. Free breakfast was a bonus!

My kids wished for a wider breakfast selection, especially for lactose-free options. The laundry facilities were a letdown, leading to spilled money and laundry disasters.

Family Friendly with some issues

Checking in was smooth, the staff got our rooms next to each other which was nice. One night, the front desk quickly helped us with extra towels when we asked for them.

It wasn’t cheap, but still somewhat acceptable.
